expansion in foreign countries And approve the closure of Ocean Green Bio Energy
Plus Co., Ltd. because the company has not yet considered a short-term business
plan And long-term according to the purpose of requesting the subsidiary to
open Which was approved by the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No.
2/2019 on February 12, 2019. The company would like to inform that the company
has no business plan in that matter. Therefore canceling the registration of the
establishment of such subsidiary
